DO CLUOH PARTS HAVE A WARRANTY?

CLUOH items have a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. You must keep the invoice as proof of warranty and, in case of a complaint, contact us via email at hello@cluoh.com.

If you notice any defect or non-conformity upon receipt of a CLUOH part, we would appreciate it if you let us know immediately.

WHAT DAMAGES OR DEFECTS ARE COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

The warranty is only valid for manufacturing defects. Characteristic breaks and stains on the leather, variations in fabric texture, inadequate washing, tears and all defects that arise from inappropriate use of the pieces will not be covered by the warranty.

Leather products have characteristics, such as variations in tone and texture, or marks from the natural aging of the skin and are not considered defects or lack of conformity. On the contrary, you must count on your presence. Such characteristics must be accepted as part of the individual appearance of the product.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED IMPROPER USE?

We consider improper use and consequently not covered by the warranty:

– color transfer of clothes (be especially careful with denim)

– food and drink stains

– contact with oils, perfumes, creams or products containing alcohol

– excessive exposure to direct sunlight or heaters

– scratches and tears

– contact with sharp objects

– stains and inadequate cleaning

– marks of damp or discoloration due to poor storage

– negligence and accidents

– loss or theft

CAN I REPAIR A PART THAT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY?

Whenever possible, CLUOH provides assistance and repair to all its parts, even when they are not covered by the warranty. The cost of repair depends on the damage in question and will have to be subject to analysis and budgeting.
