Do you have warranty on your CLUOH products?

All CLUOH products have a 2 year warranty from date of purchase. You should keep your receipt as a proof of warranty and for any complaint please contact us on hello@cluoh.com.

If you observe any defects or have any issues with the product upon receipt, let us know immediately by email.

Which damages are covered by the warranty?

Warranty only covers defect in manufacturing. Slight cracks and stains that occur naturally due to the characteristics of leather and tears and damages that arise form inappropriate use of the product are not covered by the warranty.

Leather products can have slight variations of texture and tones and natural ageing can leave marks in the leather. These characteristics are not considered defects and should be accepted as part of the individual appearance of the product.

What is considered improper use?

We consider improper use (and therefore not covered by the warranty):

Colour transfer form clothing (especially from denim)

Stains from drinks and food

Contact with oils, perfumes, creams or products with alcohol

Excessive exposure to sunlight or heating systems

Scratches

Contact with sharp objects

Stains due to improper cleaning

Marks due to humidity or other discolorations due to improper storage

Negligence or accidents

Loss or theft

Can I request a repair on an item outside warranty?

If possible, CLUOH will provide help and assistance in the repair of any items, even when outside warranty. The cost of the repair will depend on the damage and will be analysed and invoiced.
